We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any a lot more. He stated he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have one more woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We were able to offer our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
